How to 'Add to Cart' products of a currency other than cart-currency?

Hi

Is there a way to ‘add to cart’ products with a non-cart currency?

E.g. my cart is in USD, and some of my products are ZAR. Thanks to your help last week I can now force these ZAR products to go to specific gateway for ‘buy now’ with the

[wp_eStore_buy_now_for_specific_gateway id=”1″ gateway=”2co”]

option, but that means users have to check them out 1 at a time.

Is there a similar switch to ‘add to cart’?

This can only be done with “Buy Now” buttons. With a cart, you can’t mix items from different currencies.

I am asking about adding items with the same currency (ZAR) to a shopping cart.

I understand what you are saying but it can’t be done because the cart works in the currency you set for your store in the settings.

The correct way to handle this would be to use the multi-currency addon:
