    Hello,

Please refer to the product on this page: http://tiewearclothing.com/skinnies/

I am using the following shortcode for my products: [wp_eStore_fancy2 id=1]

I am using the latest update of WP-Estore

I have Enable Lightbox effect on Images checked

    Product Details Settings:

    The Thumbnail Image URL is:

    http://www.tiewearclothing.com/images/skinnies/aunt-pearl-1.jpg

    Additional Product Images:

    http://www.tiewearclothing.com/images/skinnies/aunt-pearl-2.jpg, http://www.tiewearclothing.com/images/skinnies/aunt-pearl-3.jpg

When I click on the thumbnail image, the lightbox effect shows up, but the other two images do not show up. Please advise on how to make all three images available to see.

    Thank you.

I also noticed that on the tipsandtricks products page, when you click on a product, the lightbox pops up. On your lightbox, it shows picture 1 of 7 for example…however, there is no “next” arrow to scroll through the pictures. I noticed on your site as well, that when you click an image, the lightbox pops up and when you click the image in the lightbox, it scrolls to the next image.

Would there be a way to have the lightbox popup show scroll arrows? I don’t think most people would know to click on the image to go to the next image.

Thanks for your help on both of these issues.

You don’t seem to have the lightbox provided with eStore. Do you have a different lightbox plugin installed on your site? eStore’s lightbox has a next and back button when you mouse over the image. It also has a close button too.. you can check it out here:

I use a very old version of eStore on my main site (where the products page is) this is why you don’t see the next button on the products page.

    Hello.

I came across the very same situation :) I have purchased, downloaded and installed the latest version of eStore (last week).

I am using this plugin also with: “WP affiliate plugin”, “Extra short codes for wp eStore”, and the “FancyBox for WordPress”.

I cannot see any of the additional images i have uploaded to my website. Only the main image of each product.

I used the short code with fancy option: [wp_eStore_fancy2 id=1]

The zoom works perfect, but only shows the default image (the main one). Does not show any of the additional images.

I thought it could be the FancyBox plugin, so i tried to disable this plugin while maintaining the following option on the eStore: Enable Lightbox effect on Images.

And then i used the short code without the fancy option. [wp_eStore id=1]

The product appears, however when i click the image, the eStore lightbox does not appear at all. The product image is shown in the browser, the same way it does when i am downloading a jpg file from the web :)

    Any solution…?

    Thank you :)

Hey, I found out that it is an issue with the WordPress Theme. When I change my wordpress theme to the default theme, or to another theme that I have downloaded, it works like a charm.

One solution is to find a theme that you like that works with the multiple images in the lightbox.

    Hello :)

Thank you for the hint. However, i have changed the theme back to the default theme (twenty ten) and nothing changed.

I might download a newer theme, try it and see what happens. But in my situation the theme does not seem to be the case…

    Thanks anyway :)

Thank you for the link. You don’t seem to be using the WP eStore’s lightbox (it seems to be a different lightbox library). What am I missing?

    Hi :)

I have the following option turned on: “Enable Lightbox effect on Images” on the WP eStore settings…

I have deactivated all other plugins including the NexGen Gallery (which is currently deactivated) :)

The only one i have for the fancy view, is the “fancybox for wordpress” (but i suppose that this one is necessary). Either way, i have disabled that one for the test and i still could not view the additional images. The main image opened it the browser window – like an image download.

Other than these, only the “wp affiliate plugin” and “Extra Shortcodes for WP eStore”.

    Nohing else.

Also tried to activate another theme (twenty ten) and that issue remained.

Double checked the images location on the server and it is correct.

    Hope this helps ;)

    Thank you :)

    Hello.

I noticed you have fixed the lightbox on the website. However the additional pics still do not appear yet :) Could it be smth on the PHP…? :) I have not done anything on the admin section ever since i filled your form regarding this situation.

    Thank you :)
