How to add a processing fee?

I want to add a processing fee % to all orders to cover the cost of the paypal transaction. Is there an easy way for me to do this? I have seen a little bit about “handling_cart”, but I don’t know where to add the line of code. Thanks.

Include it in the product. So for example, if the product price is $50 and the processing fee is $5 then make your product price $55.
