How is monthly draw date determined with recurring payments?

I have understood through reading that we cannot set a specific withdraw date for recurring monthly payments with this WPEstore plugin.

However, if a member enrolls on, say the 7th of the month for a subscription or recurring payment of 12 monthly payments, is the draw date from his account from Paypal also going to be on the 7th of the remaining months, or will it go to the first of the month?

It won’t go back to the 1st of the month. So yes, if someone starts a paypal subscription on the 7th then the next charge for the recurring payment will be around the 7th (plus or minus 1 day for the timezone difference and stuff).
