I’m using eMember with the ClickBank integration for a monthly recurring membership. Does eMember keep track of the payments for each month, and if a member does not pay or ends their membership, am I notified that they are no longer a member? Does eMember automatically stop their access to the membership area?
When setting up a membership level in eMember, should I choose the expire after 30 days option, or no expiry until cancel option? I didn’t see the answer to this question in the documentation area.
Thanks for any help.

The plugin does not keep track of each and every recurring payment. Rather, ClickBank will notify the plugin about the success or failure of expected payments. If ClickBank tells the plugin that it was unable to collect a payment, the plugin will deactivate (default action) a membership; unless you have otherwise what should happen.

Please read this explanation of how membership levels should be configured for recurring subscriptions.

Clickbank is just outdated and very hard to work with (in terms of their API). Also, not many users use it anymore so we will discontinue the Clickbank integration in the future. Better for you to start settings things up with any of the following payments (these options offer a modern way to accept payment on a website):
