Tagged: alternate gateways, DPS
I have a client who uses eStore and a client who *would* purchase eStore if it supported DPS. They’re part of Payment Express – and I’m not sure what kind of functionality they offer for the programmer’s side of things, but they do offer a hosted payment solution much like PayPal’s checkout.
DPS has extensive documentation that seems easy to access. I’m not sure how complete it is though.
Anyway, was just wondering how popular it is or isn’t, how easy/not it is to implement?
PayPal is a real problem for people outside the major countries it supports – the fraud filters it uses are much more sensitive for countries other than US/Canada/UK/Australia… and two disputes and you’re done for with them…
They’re going to look into other options but DPS comes up over and over again when we look at gateway solutions for NZ and AUS.
Thanks.
Hi Rob, If you post a link to their website I will take a look and see what they have.
We’d be looking at the Hosted Solution which is just like the PayPal setup in how it steps the customer to the DPS site and back to the WP site:
