How do I set up WordPress Registering to Require Admin Approval?
How do I set up my WordPress Blog so that when a user Registers, the notification goes to me instead of to the user ? I guess it goes to both. But here is why I ask this question. Suppose I want the ability to choose if someone can or cannot register. How can I set up the system such that I first see who has registered and then choose to allow or disallow them registration?
WordPress by default do not have such option. If you allow registration for membership on your blog then it will get created without requiring any approval from the admin.
You will have to use a WordPress plugin to achieve what you are after.
