How do I set up the gift voucher on my website?

Hi, I’ve purchased the voucher add on. I’ve created a voucher template… Now what? I want to create a place for people to buy the vouchers from. How do I do that? There is no option for a voucher code in the shortcodes and all the plugins are updated. Please help!

Hi Monika, when you created a voucher template, you assigned a product to it. That product is your voucher product. Now, you just sell that product like you sell any other product. When someone purchase that product, they get a gift voucher code.

Hi, thanks, I tested this. But I received no voucher code. Just the confirmation email but no voucher code. Please help, why is that?

@monika, Did you insert the following tag into the email body?

{voucher_data}
