How do I set up ebook and print book variations?

I know I have done this before, but I can’t for the life of me figure out where I got the information or how I figured it out before.

I want to list a book that is available in print and ebook versions. The ebook is $14.99 and should be immediately downloaded after purchase (plus, obviously, not have shipping). The print version is $17.99, should download nothing, and should have shipping added.

Which price should be the base price? And how do I configure the download field and variation settings to make this work?

As for the price I would put the base price in the price field ($14.99).
