How do I override “PayPal profile based shipping” on a per item basis?

Something like: if fixed shipping field is a value other than blank use it’s value otherwise use Paypal profile info …

There are a few different variations of usage. Please answer the following questions so I get a better understanding of your setup.

Are you using the shopping cart checkout option (allows your users to purchase 1 or more items at a time)?

Are you selling both digital and physical items together from your site?

Do you just want to make it so for digital items it doesn’t apply profile based shipping?

yes – digital gets no shipping.
