I’m new here, please bear with me…
Some local customers would like to pick up the products while other customers would like them shipped. This is a physical product.
Is there a way to give my customers a choice?

You need to use “Manual Checkout” for the will call option. In other words, for checkout, they select PayPal (or whatever) to pay for shipping and Manual Checkout for will call. Manual checkout will also let them set a date/time for when they are coming by.
