How do I allow my site designer and coder access to this forum?

When I signed up as a member of this forum I saw that they restrict use by ip address.. How do get accounts for my coder in India and project manager in NY so they dont have to sent their questions all through me?

Hi, Our forum access is only given to the person who purchase the product from us directly. This is explained in our terms and conditions (see point #12):
