Looks like you have some inline style for that paragraph then the shortcode is AFTER the span. There maybe some hidden HTML code in that page messing the rendering up.
Do the following so we can inspect it better.
1) Crete a new test page.
2) Add the following line on this page:
Before the link [enter the shortcode here] after the link
3) Make sure that there is nothing else on that page except the above so we can eliminate any possibilities of other inline CSS conflict.
4) Share the link of that page so we can inspect it.
Here you go – I assumed you wanted me to put the actual short code in the brackets – correct? Not just “enter the shortcode here”.
