How can I integrate our affiliate platform (post affiliate pro) tracking code?

In order for our affiliate program (Post Affiliate Pro) to properly track Paypal payments on our site, it requires us to insert a small javascript within each of the various Paypal button codes that we use, as seen here in our current button setup: http://www.screencast.com/t/Bf1b8HQk

Can you please describe how we can somehow integrate this with eStore so that the tracking script is automatically added for each button that we create?

I realize that we may need to “hardcode” this into the plugin files somewhere, which is ok with us if so.
