How can I enter moneyback transaction?

All payments are recorded in the admin panel. My online store provides the opportunity to return the goods and the money. Is it possible to record this transaction in the system (like payment transaction)?

I also need to store refund transaction. Does eStore have this feature?

You can go to the manage customers menu of the plugin and set a value in the “Payment Status” field so you know which ones are refunded. For example: you can use a value “Refunded” and that will tell you that the transaction was refunded.
