Tips and Tricks HQ Support Portal › Forums › WP eStore Forum › Hi I have a conflict on my website between Gravity Forms and WP Subscription.
Hello Sir
I get the following message as my forms are not previewing. I can’t use them on my website so have taken them off, and I can’t preview them in the box.
Fatal error: Class ‘WP_Subscription_Form_Widget’ not found in /home/leebanis/public_html/londonhypnotherapynlp.com/wp-includes/widgets.php on line 324
On the gravity forums the administrator gave me this feedback after looking at the problem.
“Looks like the “WP Subscription Form Widget” is conflicting with Gravity Forms. It shouldn’t be trying to load anything on the Gravity Forms preview page so their plugin is enqueuing scripts on admin pages where it shouldn’t be.”
Many thanks in advance for any assistance.
Oh please keep the explanation simple, as Im just learning.
Sarah
I am not sure why you are posting this on Tips and Tricks HQ forum. None of the following two plugins (the two that are conflicting) are from us:
– Gravity Forms
– WP Subscription Form Widget
You will need to contact the developer of those plugins to resolve this issue.
