Help with migrating from old ecommerce platform

Hi,

I have a store with about 4000 digital music files and want to figure out the quickest and best way to migrate all of this. I currently have a custom product ID with a combination of words and numbers ex: artist0001

Is there a bulk way to transfer these using the same product ids? Otherwise I’m not sure I want to go through one by one reassigning.

Also, how about assigning to multiple categories? Any insight /advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks but I don’t see anyway to keep my custom product ids as I mentioned in the question. Is this not doable?

Nope, you can’t keep the old product IDs as eStore uses a different internal product ID system.
