help-I can't get past step one

I try to upload the we-cart-for-digital-products.php and this is the error code that I get

Incompatible archive PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

I am on a mac. Does that matter? I can’t even get it uploaded.

You shouldn’t get any error for mac (I have many customers who use apple mac). Did you try this video tutorial on how to install the plugin?

If the zip file got corrupted somehow then I can always give you a new one. Please try the video tutorial and get back to me.

Thank you, for some reason I was able to upload the zip file that you sent me. I am not sure why the other would not upload.

Now I can finally move on to the next step.

I have the same problem. I watched the video. Using WordPress 2.9.2 I re-downloaded the plugins (I can’t extract them from my desktop either). The is for both the cart and affiliate scripts.

Hi Dave, I sent you an email with new links this should fix the issue you where having. There was a conflict with a new site tuning that we did and it caused a problem with the download links. This issue has been fixed now and the new links should work fine.
