Lightbox Ultimate – Display the first image of gallery only

I am on WP 3.5.1 using the Canvas theme from WooThemes.

I have 7 images that I would like to display in 1 pop up box. Below is the code of the first three images.

The issue that I have is that I only want to display the first image. What I am getting is that all 7 are visible on my blog.

I looked at a few posts but it seemed very complicated, maybe there is an easier way.
