HELP! Affiliate Platform – new customers don't recieve emails anymore

Hello,

I bought the plugin last week and it worked fine. But now none of my new affiliates receive a confirmation email after they signed up nor do I get an email when they signed up.

I did not change anything on the email setting.

I searched the forum but didn’t find anyone that had the same issue!

Please help me!

Hello Michael, can you verify that under General Settings you have checked the box Send Notification to Admin.

Also make sure that your e-mail address is correct.

Make sure that the Send Commission Notification to Affiliates is checked.

After that, can you please enable the debug option in the plugin settings and then do a test signup? That will allow us to see if the plugin is sending the email or not. After you do the test signup with debug option enabled, post the URL of your affiliate signup page.
