I had added shortcode [wp_eStore_list_categories count=true] on Widgets > Sidebar.

    This function is working well.

    Left sidebar Category:

Any idea, how to align the text in the box. Or remove the front dot?

Your theme’s CSS is not coded properly to fit the bullet points for list items in the widget area (most well coded themes use a different style for the sidebar widget lists so it fits in nicely in the widget). You can switch to the default WordPress theme to test out what I am saying.

Hello wzp & admin, thank for your reply.

Any recommended good or suitable theme to fit eStore plug-in?

I had visit elegantthemes.com before, but not sure their theme good enough to suite eStore.

If any one can recommend any suggestion is appreciate.

WP eStore doesn’t need any special theme to work (any properly coded theme will do). The popular free WordPress themes should be properly coded

Many premium themes out there also have good quality (for example: Thesis, Genesis, Elegant themes etc.)

The following article is a good read before you select a theme.
