Hello,
Great membership plugin. Thanks! However, I have an issue with WP eMember on two different sites where the plugin is causing a usually-transparent header logo image to have a white background added in. I’ve trouble-shooted and deactivated all plugins and the only one that causes this issue is WP eMember.
So just to be clear: the image uploaded has a transparent background (it’s a PNG with transparent background). It appears transparent on the site ONLY when the eMember plugin is deactivated (and before Wp eMember was installed). When the plugin is active there is a white box behind the logo. It messes up the design.
Perhaps it’s a duplicate or cross-contamination of CSS for the header image? Can you provide a solution? Perhaps a CSS edit (and where to put it)?
Many thanks!
Other info:
WordPress (4.9.6)
Theme: Enfold (latest- 4.4)
WooCommerce plugin too (latest version).
Dev site (to view issue), is: fb9.d88.myftpupload.com
The other site is live so I had to change the header background to white. (So you can’t see it in action).
Looks like we have an email thread for this. I have replied to the email.
