Hi,

I have to copy and paste some of the links in the “Thank you for your purchase” email

to download the pdf’s when testing the purchasing process.

When I tested two similar programs for sale, each with the same 4 bundled pdf’s for sale,

different encrypted links were “live” in the email and the others I had to copy and paste to

download the pdf’s.

I am using pdf Stamper on the same pdf’s in each of the 2 programs. It is working fine.

Can you help with this please?

It’s the email client. What happens is the email message (and the links) is sent as text, not HTML. The email client tries (its best) to turn the text links into clickable HTML links. But because of various things, like line wrapping, the email client “gets confused.”

One of the things you could try doing is enabling URL shortening in eStore. You can also add instructions to the email message, suggesting they copy/paste the link, if they experience difficulties.
