Hard cover book and PDF stamped file sold together?

Simple question. How would one sell a hard cover book and and eBook stamped together in one Buy Now button?

1. Create an eStore product for your Hard Cover book

2. Create an eStore product for your PDF version (use stamping for this one)

3. Create a new eStore product that is a packaged product (uses the product created in step 1 and 3). You can create package products in eStore (the help text below the “Digital Product URL” field will help)

Now, you sell the product created in step 3 whenever you want to sell both of the hard cover and the PDF version together. When this one is sold it will deliver the stamped copy of the PDF version.
