What is the best way to handle an issue where a customer purchases a PPV product claims to have not received a link.
It shows in the record books that they made the purchase. Do you issue them a refund and have them re-purchase or is there some way to issue them a masked link to the PPV.

Reissue another link, using the Admin Functions menu. Create a new link, then personally email it to them.
