I read all your links about this. The primary advice is not being encoded properly. I verified the encoding is H264 – MPEG-4 AVC (part 10)(avc1). It plays from the same link on my computer using FireFox. I’m using FireFox on my iPhone. A tiny window appears with no arrow. If you tap in the window HTML5 wording appears, but nothing plays and you can’t enlarge the window. The screen res of the iPhone is 1334×750. The default window size is 1280×720.

Nevermind. I tried Safari on the iPhone and it works perfectly there.
I’m posting this anyway for the next person with this problem!
