I tried appending the gumroad url as shown here:
https://www.tipsandtricks-hq.com/wordpress-affiliate/gumroad-wp-affiliate-plugin-integration-865
But when I do that, my buy now buttons on my site disappear. The add-on isn’t sticking when I put it in the Salient theme page builder or when I try editing it from the text field directly in the html.
What do I do to make things work here?
Here’s what happens when I change the html on the back end it looks like: [http://screencast.com/t/nLV8LMH7fR]
On the front end it deletes the buy now button and leave the end of the code in it’s place: [http://screencast.com/t/jiK0s4cxT2L5]
Here’s what it looks like if I append the url from the theme page builder: [http://screencast.com/t/kcxXxzgZf]
But it does this weird code in the click through:

So it’s tracking the affiliate clicks to the bloggerrevolution website, but not the purchase because I don’t know how to fix the tracking issue.
September 3, 2016 at 8:59 pm #74077bloggerrevolutionMemberOk, I’ve got the button issue fixed. It was a theme issue. Now it’s tracking clicks but I’ve run 5 purchase tests and it’s not tracking the actual purchase.
I followed all the same steps above.
The link is being tracked but it’s showing like this during checkout and not tracking the actual sale:

September 4, 2016 at 12:35 am #74079adminKeymasterFor some reason the shortcode is not being executed on your page.
How did you create that page? Does other WordPress shortcode (from other plugins) work in that page? If you are using some kind of a landing page creation tool that doesn’t render/execute wordpress shortcodes (meaning it just ignores the shortcode rendering process) then this won’t work.
You can do a simple test on a test page and put the following shortcode on that page
[wp_aff_custom_args]
Does it just show the shortcode or just it render/execute the shortcode and show something else?
If it does then why doesn’t the same thing happen on your following page?

September 9, 2016 at 3:45 am #74080bloggerrevolutionMemberIt calls just fine when I test it alone on a test page. But I want to make an image the clickable/trackable checkout link. Maybe that’s where I’m having problems? I’ve tried implementing it a bunch of different times with the buy button image but it’s not working. Please advise.
