Grouping Digital Content as a Single Product Download

I have 3 separate products (A,B, C), each comprising of multiple files which I have added within each product.

I now want to sell the 3 separate products as one product (D) where the buyer will be sent the 3 download links for A,B,C when they purchase product D.

Easiest solution would be to try zipping all of them up into one file

Another solution would be to use the Authenticated Page Redirect method discussed here:

Using APR you can put links for each of your digital downloads within the APR shortcodes which will effectively make them invisible to everybody except those who buy your product “D”.
