    Hi,

To display a grid view of products for each category page I’m using this shortcode: [wp_eStore_category_products_fancy3 id=1] which works great, but is there a way to make the areas a bit bigger and include the product description etc in here too?

    Thanks heaps,

    Mel

Fancy display 3 doesn’t have a description field if I wanted to add a description field then it won’t be fancy 3 display anymore :)

You might wanna use fancy 5 display which looks better and has description field:

Oh there is a fancy display 5. I tried that to see what would happen and only the shortcode text showed up. However fancy4 works. I couldn’t see it in the more shortcodes doc, but I’m assuming it’s just [wp_eStore_category_products_fancy5 id=1] ?

You need to upgrade the extra shortcodes plugin to it’s latest version so you get the updated display option. You can do so from this page:

You just need to install the extra shortcode plugin like any other WordPress plugin. Once you installed this plugin you will be able to use some extra shortcodes with WP eStore. You can get the extra shortcode plugin and the PDF version of the extra shortcodes( which you will be able to use only after the extra shortcode plugin is installed) here –
