As always, love this product. But some customers have problems with PayPal and would like to use Google checkout. Any chance this will be added any time soon?
Google checkout will be added to the plugin but I am not going to give you the hope of “soon”. I have added “Authorize.net” to the plugin though. You can use that as an alternative to PayPal for the time being.
You mentioned in another thread about ‘finding 20 interested people” for Google checkout and Amazon gateways. COUNT ME as part of that twenty! The more options we have in this area, the more we can sell! Gotta have those gateways.
Thanks
I really need Google checkout compatibility. Any possibility of this soon? Thanks, we are enjoying the eStore and Affiliate module.
Agreed – more and more people I deal with have written PayPal off due to their policies…Google Checkout is really getting popular. Any ETA?
Thanks in advance
Yeah I am working on something. The PHP library for the Google checkout had a few errors so I could never get it to work the way I wanted. I was able to contact the Google Checkout developers and get a fix for it so I should be good now.
Will there be Google In-App Payments support anytime soon?

Thanks,

The Google In-App solution is suited for people who want to integrate a Google checkout payment option inside their Android app or Chrome app. This is not ideal for a online shopping cart. The solution that I am working with (it is nearly complete) will use the standard Google Checkout platform:
Not to be a pest, but just wondering if there’s any news on the Google checkout front.
thnx!
Yeah, you can use Google Checkout by adding the payment gateway bundle:

Wheeee! Thanks!
