Hello!
I’m having a similar issue as PineTribe. Google Analytics is working, except for eCommerce. I’m getting no information.
* I have the eStore Accurate Google Analytics eCommerce Tracking and Google Analytics by Yoast plug-ins installed and up-to-date.
* I have Google Analytics tracking enabled in WP eStore Admin
* I have eCommerce enabled in Google Analytics admin.
My current version of WP eStore is 7.1.6. Let me know what I can do to get eCommerce data tracking again.

Google Analytics E-Commerce Tracking Addon for eStore Plugin
It doesn’t require you to enable any option in the eStore settings. Please do the following:
1) Enable debug in the eStore settings
2) Do a test transaction
3) Provide a link to your site so I can check the log file

Yes, I have that plugin installed and it’s up-to-date.
When I looked at the debug log, I saw this error repeatedly:
[05/04/2015 12:57 AM] – FAILURE :eCommerce tracking addon – Error! GA Tracking ID is missing from settings. No tracking will be done.
So I did some digging and realized I didn’t have the Tracking ID set-up. (I feel dumb!) I added that, did a test transaction, and that error didn’t come up again. Guessing that was the issue. I will check tomorrow to see if the sale logged.
