Hello! Just set up my shop, all seems to have gone smoothly, apart from a potential issue just before the user pays.
I put some photos in my cart, then proceeded to the PayPal checkout. Before paying/logging in I thought I would go and add a few more photos, but when clicking back I found that the cart had already been emptied.
Given the fickle nature of us all, I could see this being an annoyance. I added a photo to my cart again and then went through and bought it just fine, but it’s just if you want to change your order a bit before paying that could be an issue.
Is this working as it should?
Yes, the photo seller cart will save then clear the items when the user decides to go to PayPal for payment. They can keep adding items until they go to the Payment page. The cart assumes that the customer is ready to make the payment when he selects to go to the payment page. This hasn’t been an issue for anyone so far. If this becomes an issue for your site let us know and we will look into a possible alternative.
