Getting The ooops page instead of the detail page from gallery

I am getting the same error others have gotten, and I have gone through the offered solutions, and they don’t seem to apply.

PHP memory_limit on server is 256M

I have regenerated the pages

The issue happens whether I click on the image to get the details or if I click on the “add to cart” button.

The requested pages have the required shortcodes

All are set to public

My Permalinks are set to “Custom Structure” which I assume the plugin set as I havent changed that.

I am using the Twenty Sixteen Template

All other plugins have been disabled

Does your host setup have an Apache web server with the mod_rewrite module installed?

If not you will need to ask your host provider to install this in order for pretty permalinks to work properly:

responded to email, as far as the Apache web server with the mod_rewrite module installed on my host, I will check shortly
