Getting Memership through php

We are selling a product that is restricted to a domain. I need to have the script that generated the domain know which license the purchased (Single, 10, unlimited) and only add that many domains, and deny the rest.

How can I pull the membership name/level/id of the person that accessed a certain wp page using php (I already have php-exec setup to run php on the page and everything)

How would I add an menu item that only shows up if they have the proper membership level?
