Getting HTTP 400 Bad Request Page when installing Photo Seller

Good Afternoon

I have recently purchased a copy of Photo Seller but have encountered an issue when trying to install. When I browse to the .zip file om my computer and click upload I constantly get a HTTP Bad Request error. I have tried from my MAC and a windows PC using Firefox,IE and Safari. Is this a known issue please. I have searched the web which pointed to cookie issues but I have deleted these etc and still can not get it working..

Any assistance would be appreciated

How exactly, are you trying to upload the zip file?

I have tried the way in the PDF from your site, I get it everytime i click upload.. not tried the manual process though

I did try clearing all the cookies but still no joy, happy now its installed !
