getting error messag about not accepting payment denominated in 20

Hi,

When I press the ‘buy now’ button to test it, I get this weird message:

This recipient does not accept payments denominated in 20. Please contact the seller and ask him to update his payment receiving preferences to accept this currency.

I am confused. Please advise.

Hi Cindy, Most likely the price is not entered correctly in the eStore’s product price field. Please post a link to the page where you have the buy now button so I can take a look.

Also, it is possible that in your PayPal merchant account you have specified to not accept certain currencies. You may want to remove that restriction from your PayPal profile.
