I am running WP 3.4.1. I just purchased the WP Affiliate plugin today, v5.3.2.
After uploading the file, I went to update the settings while watching the tutorial video. When I made the desired changes and clicked ‘save changes’ it took me:

Page not found, error 404.
I have made no changes to any code.
I have tried deactivating and reactivating the plugin and also uninstall/reinstalling the plugin to no avail. I also tried deleting the html code and replacing with plain text in the index page message and none of this works.
It seems it must be a mod_security issue. I have opened a support ticket with my server host (liquidweb) and hopefully they can resolve.
