Hi Guys:
We’re still having problems with some customers getting the automatic download e-mail links while others do not. It appears most of the problems are from overseas customers. I’ve never been able to duplicate this problem myself, but I was wondering if a modification could be made to also send a copy of the download link e-mail to the WP eStore administrator (me) as well as the customer. The GoDaddy team needs this information to troubleshoot the issue on their end, plus it would permit me to forward a backup e-mail to the customer just to make sure they get one.

Go to the following interface:
eStore Settings -> Email Settings
Then check the following option from this menu:
Append Buyer Email and Payment Parameters to Admin Email
