Getting an error when affilites try to login in

Hi, all my affiliates get the same message when they try to login in into their Affiliate dashboard: “Security check failed on login” I read the forum and try some solutions… fresh install of WP-Affiliates Platform was the last one.

Using WordPress 3.4.2 with EMember 8.2.1, EStore 6.9.0.2 and WP Affiliate Platform 5.3.3

No cache plugin installed. You can check the error in [http://seguridadwordpress.net/afiliados/login.php]

Thank for the details. Please load a fresh copy of the eMember plugin too.

We added a new security check for some extra security and that check is failing. If you upgrade both eMember and the affiliate plugin then you won’t see this issue. If you only upgrade one of them then you may see the issue you faced.

I’ve just did it. Upgraded both WP Affiliate and eMember, but still have the same problem

Any other tip?

That is a little strange… just to verify.. you did delete both of those plugins from your site first. Then downloaded fresh new copy from our server now and then uploaded them right?
