Getting an error message on checkout

Hi,

I am getting this error message at checkout:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING, expecting T_OLD_FUNCTION or T_FUNCTION or T_VAR or ‘}’ in /home/partirdu/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-cart-for-digital-products/lib/gateway/Authorize.php on line 25

Is it a known bug?

I also get an error message in the dashboard of the affiliate plugin:

Warning: cannot yet handle MBCS in html_entity_decode()! in /home/partirdu/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-affiliate-platform/wp_affiliate_platform_menu.php on line 211
