Hi Guys, I love your products, I own 3 of them, lol. Anyways. I have been using wp-eshop for digital products for about a year now. But I have currently rebuilt my site and redesigned my pricing structure. I am using variations for different prices just like I always have, But now, when a customer clicks checkout, it goes to the redirect page and then displays and error that the shopping cart is empty. I have looked over every forum post here and have looked thru all of the posts on the product page. I know that my PHP stuff on my server is in good shape and I do not have any type of speedy cache or wp cache plugins installed. My file permissions are all correct and I cannot figure this out. The only thin I have done differently is to add – before and after a certain piece of text. Here are the variations as they are written.

It worked like this before and I cannot figure this out. My website is http://www.seriouswebsitedesign.com and the shopping cart is on the billing page. Could you take a look and give me a good idea of where to start fixing this please, lol. If you need to login to my dashboard email at firstname.lastname@example.org and I will send it. P.S. this is an older version os wp-estore, could that be the problem?April 18, 2010 at 12:20 am #19784cablemanMember
P.s. It does show the correct amount in the shopping cart. I am using the short code to hide cart when empty on the page just aboveit and everything looks right on before clicking check outApril 18, 2010 at 1:08 am #19785IvyMember
Hi, I will send you an update for the eStore via email. This should fix your problem. I checked the PHP session and it all seems fine. Let me know if the update does not fix the problem.
