I did a search on this and found a few posts with persons having the same problem, but no solutions? New signup members are not showing up in campaign contacts at GetResponse. Signup does receive email confirmation from domain on registration through WP eMember.
I’m new to WP eMember and have been running a new WP installation with GetResponse. Key is set to ON in GetResponse, Global on, key entered and proper campaign name entered. Here is the log error.

When you click the link in that confirmation email it will confirm and the contact will show in your campaign/list.
Are you not getting this signup confirmation email from GetResponse? You have been using the same email address to signup… if GetResponse sent you one confirmation email already and you ignored it or it went to the spam folder then GetResponse won’t send another one.
Please post a link to your registration page so I can take a look. What version of eMember are you using?
Also, please share the URLs of the post where no solution has been provided (you mentioned this in your post) so I can follow it up. An autoresponder sign up usually doesn’t work due to user error or integration error. There is actually no solution to give other than to help you find the mistake you made.
March 28, 2012 at 2:26 pm #43470GaryKMemberI never thought about the reuse of an email being the problem, since I figured once you deleate them from the GetResponse list they could be relisted. Deleating same address subscribers means GetResponse ignores that address on reissue and will not send another confirmation optin. I tried another address and it’s working.
I also found that AOL copy and paste of the GetResponse confirmation link into their browser app gave an error that the address had already been added when it hasn’t. Pasting it into your regular browser adds the address to your GetResponse list.
As to the solution to this problem. I meant I didn’t find one to my particular issue. After doing my research, I felt you guys give first rate support, which is one of the big reasons I got a suite of programs from you.
