Get Notification if member updates email in profile

Is there any way to get notification if a user updates their email address through the member profile? We have a couple of member databases and need to ensure the emails are updated everywhere.

There is an action hook, that can send the admin an email, whenever a profile is updated. HOWEVER, the granularity is limited; as it is impossible to discern WHAT was updated.

Alternatively, you could have one of your site developers create a Cronjob, that would run like… once a week and force-sync the email addresses in the eMember profile table to “everywhere.”
