General Settings not updating

Hello,

When I enter settings in the General Settings area of WP Affiliate (e.g. affiliate store name, cookie duration, recaptcha keys, etc…) and click update options, nothing gets saved and the page returns to the default settings. I was able to update the email and autoresponder settings options, but not the General Settings.

I am using WP Affiliate v 4.7 on a WordPress 3.3.1 site.

Please advise.

Hi, There are a few reason that can cause this to happen. Please see the following forum post as it has a checklist that should fix the issue you are having.

Plugin Settings or Changes Not Saving
