Good Morning,
I have just found a problem that confuses users on the Payment Gateway Bundle:
If a user fills in everything right, but then neglects to click on one of the radio buttons to select credit card type (master card, visa etc.) and then clicks on the SUBMIT button, nothing happens—no error code prompting them to select a credit card.
This is more of a problem than it may sound in that I have now had three buyers write and say that the Submit button is broken, and two of them gave up on buying. Not sure how many others we have lost that never bothered to write.
Luckily one guy figured it out and wrote to us to tell us about it.
This is particularly a problem on a small phone (I tested) where you can’t see the buttons when you have scrolled down to click on submit.
Please advise.
Thanks
John
It definitely shows the following error message below the radio button if it isn’t selected.
This field is required.
This is a site specific issue. Maybe your theme is conflicting with the CSS. I will know more when I can inspect the issue on your site. Please share the steps I can take to reproduce the issue on your site.
Hi Admin
Thanks for quick reply.
You were right. The Add to Any plugin was interfering with the message.
Thanks for putting me on the right track to fix this.
Best
John
