Gallery Thumbnail Watermark

Hi, Can someone tell me if the gallery thumbnails should be watermarked? Mine don’t seem to be and I want them to be to stop people saving them off without a watermark.

The image is watermarked when viewed individually.

No – thumbnails are not watermarked because they are a very small resolution and size (usually 150px or 200px width and height). There is no point watermarking these images because even if someone does want to copy them, they can’t really do anything with them due to their small size.

Hi Peter, thanks for the quick response, I’ve just saved off one of my thumbnails, it was 250*374. Although it wouldn’t look much printed it would probably be acceptable (for some people) as a Facebook profile picture.

Do you think in future releases this could be an option to watermark them?
