Gallery shows error on page along with images: No space left on device

When uploading a gallery, all photos upload OK but the gallery detail page shows this warning:

As a test, I tried changing the template from 9 to 1. When I did that, the images displayed fine with no errors.

But when I changed it back to Template 9, the images appeared along with the same warnings.

Are you trying to run the plugin on a local server, like XAMPP?

No, it’s a hosted windows server. The memory limit has been upped to 256, but these pix were uploaded before the limit increased.

You are probably actually running out of physical space on that server. (Note: this is different to the 256M PHP memory_limit you referred to)

I suggest you contact your host support and they will be able to help you.

I don’t think thats true but I will check with our hosting dept. Meanwhile another error has appeared:
