MemberI have a small problem which I’m sure will be an easy fix. I have a Gallery page that when I click on the gallery thumbnail it get taken back to the Gallery again instead of the details of the photos in the gallery.
I am new to Word Press and would appreciate any help you can offer.
I’m sure this is a silly thing I have done that I don’t know about.
[http://rosemarylangartandphotography.com/galleries/] Website if this helps.
Many thanks

MemberHi,
Go to the Photo Seller Settings and make sure that the “Photo Details Page” dropdown box has the photo details page selected. If it is not, then select it and save the settings.

MemberThank you Peter.
Gallery Home Page is set to Galleries, Photo Details Page set to Photo Details and Album Home Page set to Photo Details.
This is how it was and hasn’t changed

MemberOh I see what’s happening – that gallery page is not from the photo seller plugin. It is from the free photo gallery plugin.
These plugins don’t link or share their galleries so you can’t really use any galleries you created in the free plugin and then refer to them in the paid plugin.

MemberOK so I need to remove the photo gallery plug in and re create the galleries?
Thanks Peter for your help
I’ve removed the photo gallery plug in and the page now shows [wppg_photo_gallery_home] and not the gallery in Photo Seller.

MemberYes I would recommend that you remove the free version so as to avoid confusion.
Then you can delete that page which shows the [wppg_photo_gallery_home] shortcode.
After you do that, go to the Photo Seller Admin Functions menu and click the “Regenerate Default Pages” button.
That should fix it. If it doesn’t let me know and I will log into your site to take a closer look.

MemberI spoke too soon.
Sorry to be a pain.
When I click on the Gallery it takes me to the gallery but I can’t see any of my photos.
Cheers
Rosemary
