I am brand new to this so could be overlooking something completely obvious. I tried searching but didn’t find anything that seemed relevant.
I have created a gallery, saved it, tried to view it through the *view* link it provides in the admin panel, and get an error page instead: [http://unaschade.com/photogallery/gallery1/]
Also my photo gallery main page shows nothing: [http://unaschade.com/photogallery/]
On top of this I tried adding a custom watermark to my photos and was given this error when checking the status of the watermarks: “Watermarking has completed with failures. Number of failed watermarks: 46 of 46 skipped: 0”
For whatever it is worth, when adding a gallery to an Album, I can actually see something: [http://unaschade.com/photography-portfolio-2__trashed/album1/]
(When you click on the gallery thumbnail here, it takes you to an error page also.. and why does the URL have __trashed in it?)
Thanks in advance for ANY help you can provide!
April 17, 2018 at 9:06 am #77691adminKeymasterIt looks like you have deleted some page of this plugin. The trashed keyword will be there when the page is in the trash. Go to your pages menu and then the “Trashed” tab. Delete that page from there so the plugin is not referring to it anymore.
The plugin creates some pages that are required for our plugin to function correctly.
First do the following:
http://photography-solutions.tipsandtricks-hq.com/recreating-required-pages-photo-seller-plugin/
Then delete all your existing galleries and create a brand new gallery with just a few images. This is for testing to see if the pages are all in place now. Does the newly created gallery work?
April 17, 2018 at 4:18 pm #77692unaschadeMemberOK, I’m not sure how the page ended up in the trash, but I restored it and that portion seems fixed.
I have deleted all galleries, created a new one with only a few images.
The Album page seems to still work OK (Although there are no galleries applied to it as of the moment): unaschade.com/photography-portfolio/album1/
However, my Photo Gallery page still is blank (The one that should show all galleries): unaschade.com/photogallery/
And the individual gallery page is not working, even though the page does show in my list of “pages”: unaschade.com/photogallery/gallery3/
And 1 of the 4 images I put in the gallery gave an error in “Gallery Processing status” when applying the watermark. “Processing image 43 of 46 failed – check server logs”
Should I un-install the plugin, delete all pages/etc. Then reinstall it? Will my activation code work if I do this?

When you re-install the plugin on the same WP install, you don’t need to activate the code again. It will activate automatically.

April 17, 2018 at 11:56 pm #77695unaschadeMemberWell… Tried deactivating, uninstalling and deleting everything it left behind. Now it’s even worse. It didn’t reinstall default pages, so I forced it to do that. Tried creating a new gallery, the old one (after following above directions) was still created somehow as well. None of them are showing any photos.
April 18, 2018 at 4:54 am #77696PeterMemberI can see that you have a javascript error on your site:
Uncaught TypeError: jQuery(…).nivoSlider is not a function (related to your theme)
I recommend that you do a theme conflict test to see if things work for photo seller when you revert to standard twentyseventeen theme.
April 18, 2018 at 5:00 am #77697adminKeymasterIf you edit your gallery homepage (unaschade.com/photogallery/), do you see a shortcode in there? Its a little surprising that the page is just empty.
February 19, 2020 at 6:08 am #77698mvadibMemberHaving the WP Photo Seller “activated” makes the portfolios not showing up properly, in the other word when I deactivate the plug in then all portfolios show up, any idea how to fix it?
February 20, 2020 at 12:15 am #77699PeterMemberHi mvadib
When you say “portfolios” are you referring to some other content on your site not related to the photo seller?
Can you please provide more info as to the exact behaviour which you are seeing when the issue occurs?
Is there any chance you can provide a link to your front page so we can see the problem in action?
