Hello, I’m having an issue with the gallery pages.
First of all, on the Galleries page(here’s the link: pixelwilderness.com/devlab/heritage/photogallery/).
If I click on a gallery to open it, it opens a pop-up that’s stuck on the loading icon. I saw no option to choose between modal/new page for this page.
Second of all, on a single gallery( eg.: pixelwilderness.com/devlab/heritage/photogallery/gallery12/) there are no Cart options. That section is hidden. I set a price list for that gallery, both virtual and physical, and for both photos on it.
And also there’s the issue that’s above too. I set the gallery to open pictures in a new page, as recommended, but again it’s opening the pop-up with the loading icon.
And here’s an example of a gallery that it’s set to open in a modal instead of a new page: pixelwilderness.com/devlab/heritage/photogallery/gallery10/. This one opens the pictures in a lightbox, but I still don’t have any cart options.
Some other info:
– All the pages are set, if I click “open in new tab” instead of clicking on pictures, I reach those specific page.
– I checked for plugin conflicts. I only have a few installed, I tried with all the others disabled, still same results.
– From looking through the forum, I found something about php_memory_limit being the cause of not loading. On this site, the limit is 512MB, so I don’t think it’s an issue.
Looks like another plugin or theme is trying to hijack the loading of the individual photo details page. Can you please check the theme conflict test:
